If the previous gel has been applied by us, the answer is no. We are happy to remove product that has been applied by us as part of your next service. However, if your nails were previously done elsewhere, please be aware that we may charge for a complete removal to ensure there is no mixing of different products.
Yes, we advise you to shave 2-12 hours before your laser sessions to ensure the most light energy reaches deep in to the hair follicles.
We accept card payments only. Payments are taken when we have completed your appointment
If there is space, you are welcome to park on the driveway. Alternatively, please park outside the even numbered properties.
Ideally, we would prefer it if you didn't as there are other people working in the environment. However, we do make some exceptions, so please drop us a message beforehand.
